Leg Routine: 4 sets each. 12 Reps Warmup 12minutes 30 sec walk 1minute sprint 1 minute walking lunges Then you just repeat the cycle starting from the 30 second walk \"Which is the period where you catch your breath\". First Circuit: 12 reps \"Dumb Bell Lunge\" 8 reps Core Work \"Each time the ball is pressed above your head that counts as 1 rep\" Second Circuit: 12 Leg Curls \"On the 12th rep hold that position for 10 seconds\" DROP SET 10 reps Single Leg Curl 12 Single Leg Hamstring Curls 20 Calve Raises DROP SET 12 Single Leg Calve Raises Third Circuit: 12Reps Lateral Shoulder Fly\'s CORRECTION!! 12 Rep Shoulder Press 12 Rep Dumb Bell Squats 12 Rep Cable Rear Dealt Raises There you have it full leg routine.
